My client is a very successful Fit out and refurbishment contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard across the UK. The northwest office is one of their newer offices but still quite established so there is a great opportunity for progressions and growth if wanted.
Job role
They require a Senior Site Manager to oversee fit out & refurbishments of colleges and offices ranging from £100k to £2m. You will maintain effective communication with all parties involved and report into the Project Director
Project Locations - Crewe, Stoke, Stafford, Macnhester
Office location - Central Manchester
Requirements/Experience required
- Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Commercial and Education preferred)
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates required.
- Worked on projects with a value up to £2m plus
- Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Must be confident in conducting site, client and progress meetings
- Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget
- Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site
- Produce regular and clear progress reports
- Proficient in Editing and creating programs if required would be a desirable but not essential.
