Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Wood Fabricator for our client based in Witham on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and be able to deal with a fast-changing working environment. This is the ideal role for a candidate who is looking to; grow their skills and work on some incredibly exciting and rewarding jobs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Drilling products

* Cutting timber/wood

* Loading machines

* Ensuring maximum accuracy when manufacturing parts and products

* General workshop duties

* Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.

* Verifying dimensions and product specifications.

* Ensuring that quality control standards are met.

* Maintaining a production schedule.

* Adhering to assembly safety standards.

* Operating various wood machines

Knowledge and Skills:

* Previous wood machining experience preferred but not essential.

* Strong practical skills

* Machine operating experience preferred.

* Positive attitude

* Ability to learn new skills.

Working hours are Monday to Friday.
