An M&E Project Manager is required for an exciting 24 hour operation with huge footfall. An iconic British brand working for one of the world's leading Building Services companies.

Ideally you will have some aviation experience however recent so that you can understand the environment.

An M&E Project Manager who has extensive knowledge and direct experience of running Building Services projects from end to end, from conception, managing all the variables in-between, to completion.

Having excellent, confident communication skills is an pivotal part of this role. Being able to liaise with all staff on an equal level in order to achieve the best possible outcome for each and every project. Being able to build trust along with an excellent client relationship is also crucial to the success of this post.

Motivating a team by showing them what is good. Setting the standard for delivery.

Coming from a Mechanical or Electrical background via whichever route is also essential to understanding and being fully equipped to carry out this post.

This role will evolve quickly up the career ladder for the succesful appointee.
