Our client is a large Engineering company based in the Liverpool area and looking for a skilled Centre Lathe Turner to join them on a permanent basis.
Applicants must be time served Manual Turners, with experience of manual turning, any other manual machine experience would be useful.
The role requires you to measure old worn and broken parts and manufacture new parts for production lines. The parts will be manufactured using manual lathes and manual milling machines often using different materials, bearing tolrances etc.
This is a dayshift role and the hours are :-
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm and Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm.
The salary is £32-34K with regular overtime.
