This is quite simply a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, based & working in the Southampton area.

The company is a privately owned Residential Property Developer who have been specialising in breath taking, contemporary, designer homes in the local area for the past 15 years. Low volume, high quality and often in affluent parts of the county.

This will be working alongside a highly skilled Commercial Manager, who is well renounced for mentoring assistants and progress them to the next level and beyond.

Day to day you will be visiting sites to measure & sign off work, processing sub contract payments and play a part in procurement and help in the creation of commercial reports.
