Our client is an FMCG Manufacturing business that has been around for many years. Due to recent investment and growth, theyre looking to hire a Multi Skilled Engineer to join their team in Cleckheaton.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Nights) The Rewards

Salary up to £47,000 + Overtime Opportunity
Shift pattern - Nights - Sunday to Thursday - 8 hour shifts - 10pm - 6am

H&S and Food Safety
Mathematics Level 3 or above
Organisational skills
PC literate
Engineering or machinery experience Desirable

Experience with packaging machines, metal detectors, food related machinery
Experience of working in a similar environment
Understand the principles of food safety and maintenance within a food environment
Work well in a team or on their own Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Nights)- Responsibilities

Ensure that line speeds are optimised
Bands and wires on sheeter and setup of expander machines are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
Cutters are kept in a good state of repair and are readily available when the plan requires
Assist in trials/product development/breakage
Maintenance PPM in a timely manner
Promote and contribute to continuous improvement
Minimize downtime
Train/guide/support production staff in the correct way to treat machinery About Us
