Warehouse Operative

Location: Andover

Salary: £12.50ph

Hours: Monday - Friday day shift, 7.5 hours with flexible start and finishing times

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team and contribute to the efficiency of a busy warehouse operation? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to work with our client's dynamic team in Andover.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately picking and packing products for shipment
Operating Fork Lifts
Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders
Conducting stock counts and maintaining inventory records
Adhering to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborating with team members to achieve set targets and deadlines

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities and skills:

FLT Licence - Reach and/or Counterbalance
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
