We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our esteemed client. This freelance position offers autonomy and competitive rates outside IR35 regulations. The engineer will primarily be office-based, focusing on ensuring that all aspects of our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement quality assurance plans for construction projects.
·Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with specifications and standards.
·Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, working closely with project teams.
·Review project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
·Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders on quality-related matters.
·Monitor and track quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
·Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably within Highways or infrastructure projects.
·Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
·Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
·Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
