Principal Landscape Architect

Lead Careers are working with an independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices in across the UK.

They are recruiting for a Principal Landscape Architect for their Manchester office. They are looking for a Principal Landscape Architect with creativity, energy and passion for landscape-led place making and design. Their includes mixed-use riverside regeneration and town centre sites, new towns and urban extensions, as well as community-led estate regeneration.

PRINCIPAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS

* A relevant degree / masters degree in landscape architecture

* A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)

* A minimum of 7 years experience delivering a wide range of projects in the UK

* Excellent skills in landscape design, landscape appraisals, landscape planning, LVIAs, feasibility studies, and mitigation strategies

* Excellent client liaison skills

* An excellent project manager

* Strong report writing skills and attention to detail

* Experience supporting/mentoring junior members of staff

* A full UK driving licence
