We are supporting two individuals to move into their own property and start their journey to a more independent lifestyle.
We will deliver intense support during difficult times, so its essential that you have experience in supporting people with anxieties and communication difficulties who may present with challenges to the service.

Its also crucial that you have an understanding of autism and learning disabilities.
We will provide a paid two week comprehensive training package and induction to support you in your role and we offer a competitive pay rate.
We want the people we support to feel safe in their home and have others around to encourage them to become part of the wider community and work towards more independence.
Are you the right person to join their circle of support? Youll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, and Bank Holiday shifts.
