EIVA NaviSuite eLearning
EIVA NaviSuite software users can now join EIVA's new blended learning courses. The agendas of the traditional classroom courses have been amended to include more advanced subjects, supplemented by basic training via dedicated eLearning modules. The result is more extensive training, which starts as soon as users sign up online.
EIVA has redesigned their training setup to more easily match users' needs and open hours. Also, this allows the software provider to offer more advanced training. The result of these redesigns is blended learning.
Advanced classroom courses that build on basic training via eLearning
Blending learning means that the basic parts of the NaviSuite software training are covered by training via the EIVA NaviSuite eLearning site prior to attending a classroom course.
This allows users to prepare for the classroom course when their schedules allow for it and to revisit the subjects covered by eLearning as many times as desired - both before and after the classroom course.
Due to this, the classroom part is reduced in terms of number of days, focusing only on in-depth details of advanced subjects, hands-on training and dialogue with the instructor, as the basics have been covered before meeting with the experienced EIVA senior surveyors carrying out the training.
Learning experience that lasts longer at a reduced price
The EIVA eLearning site can be accessed online 24/7. Combined with the advanced classroom training, the result is a far more extensive learning experience that lasts longer, at a lower cost than traditional classroom courses.
At an introduction price of € 200 per day for the classroom part, blending learning is currently offered in the following subjects and software products at the EIVA headquarters in Denmark:
Data navigation and acquisition
NaviSuite Kuda for hydrographic survey operations
NaviSuite Nardoa for data processing during pipeline and cable lay operations
e-Learning prices:
€195: signup for new users - full access in 12 months (365 days)
€95: subscription renewal for existing users - full access in 12 months (365 days)
