While 2020 hasn't quite been what we all planned, we're pleased to be keeping some traditions alive. We are therefore delighted to announce that we will once again be seeking out talented graduates to join us at Lifestory in 2021.
Coming on board as a graduate, you'll be immersed into the workings of a fast-paced property development company during an exciting time. You'll contribute to the success of one of our Regions, while gaining exposure to a broad range of departments, disciplines and projects within our diverse business.
We have opportunities that will allow you to gain experience in a broad range of skills including: construction project management, programme management, design management, commercial and financial control, residential sales cycle, development management as well as having the opportunity to deal directly with our customers.
We also will be recruiting for specific graduate roles within our Sales and Marketing teams. Our aim is to prepare you as a graduate, in effective project delivery and profit creation, whilst providing you with a deep affinity for our culture here at Lifestory, in order to ensure you have a successful future with us after our two year graduate programme.
As a Lifestory graduate, you can expect a holistic learning programme and to be provided with direct experience across the company. This will include time spent with a range of individuals such as development, marketing, sales, finance, commercial, land and planning.

We want to recruit and develop the next generation of talent who will quickly become trusted partners within our company and eventually, leaders in our fast paced industry. As a guide, the type of candidates we are looking for are as follows:
Requirements
For our Sales or Marketing specific Graduate roles which will be based in London (Sales) or Cheltenham (Marketing) :
A minimum 2:1 honours degree in a business, management or marketing discipline, Master's preferred
Excellent academic track record
Previous work experience or placement experience in the residential property sector highly desirable
Eligibility to work in UK
Exposure to working in an office environment preferable
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience of using a range of software systems and analysis tools
Previous use of Google G Suite is advantageous
Awareness of contemporary issues surrounding property and housing
Interest in the property development industry
Ambitious
Confident and able to challenge convention
Willingness to learn and develop
Analytical approach
Driver with full licence
Additional Information
This role comes with a competitive basic salary and bonus, alongside a benefits package including enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension.
There will also be frequent travel to our other offices and developments. The roles will commence between July to September 2021.

We're planning assessment days for February 2021 however this may be subject to change depending on what happens with Covid-19 restrictions.
