OPPORTUNITY
Built Environment organisation with a great reputation across the Facilities Management sector, to join a growing team as an Pipefitter.
RESPONSIBLITIES
* Understand Mechanical Drawings from Engineering Designs and be able to fabricate them from materials
* Plan tasks given to carry out effectively and efficiently
* Use your initiative
* Follow Health & Safety Guidelines and use Personal Protective Equipment
* Strong Communication skills
REQUIRED
* Experienced in fabricating copper pipework up to 54mm using soldered and compression fittings.
* Knowledge Fabricating black and galvanised steel pipework up to 2 using screwed fittings
* Experience (though not essential) fabricating pipework using Swagelok system up to 25mm.
* Understanding installing pipework to the following systems:
* Mains Cold Water
* Domestic Hot Water
* Compressed Air
* Chilled Water
* Steam & Condensate
* Compressed Gas (though not essential)
* Above Ground Drainage
* fabricating bracketry systems to include Unistrut supports
* Have good experience in hydraulic pressure testing
* Must be in possession of a valid Driving License

* £33,000 + estimated £15,000+ Overtime
* 25 days holidays + Bank holidays - Plus additional 26 days off, due to Site work pattern on a 9-day fortnight
