Business Development Manager Location: Luton to North London
Salary: Up to £38,000 plus £6,000 bonuses each year (salary can stretch to more if their is a like for like fit in experience)

Your key responsibilities include:
Cultivating and nurturing positive networking relationships with your fellow field-based colleagues.
Establishing robust connections with industry contacts outside our organization to bolster new business lead generation efforts.
Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to ensure all necessary marketing materials and presentations are ready and relevant for successful recruitment campaigns across specific retail sectors.
Actively engaging with existing our clients retail operators who are eager to expand their store presence.
Approaching retailers to explore potential acquisition opportunities.To excel in this Business Development Manager role, you should possess the following qualities:
