My client is an award winning regional contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering projects on time and to budget. Due to continued growth into 2024 they are looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have forged a career to date running projects from £1m-£5m covering new build commercial, schools and small scale industrial builds from inception to completion. My client is not a house builder therefore this background would not be desirable for this particular role. You must have SMSTS and First Aid coupled with a wealth of experience in the fields mentioned. The majority of projects are South and West Yorkshire based.
