Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Milton Keynes area. Job Description:

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with SEN reach their full potential. You will work closely with children who require additional support, adapting your approach to their individual needs and abilities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing one-on-one support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Assisting in the planning and implementation of personalized learning strategies.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Monitoring and documenting student progress and behaviors.
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a comprehensive support system.
Promoting a positive and encouraging learning environment.Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Previous experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
An empathetic and patient nature, with a genuine passion for helping children overcome educational challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles.
A commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing educational environment.
