Job Description:

As a KS1 Teacher with Dunbar Education, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of young learners in the early stages of their academic development. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student engagement.
Assessing and monitoring student progress, adjusting teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure the holistic development of students.
Cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that inspires a love of learning.
Prioritizing the well-being and safety of all students under your care.Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications and possess these attributes:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
An in-depth understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
A genuine passion for teaching and the development of young students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
Previous experience in a Key Stage 1 setting is advantageous.
