Dunbar Education is a respected education recruitment agency dedicated to serving schools and educators. We are currently looking for a dynamic Cover Supervisor with a PE Specialism to join our team and contribute to the success of a Secondary School in Northampton.

Position Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor with a PE Specialism, you will step into a crucial role in the school, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. This temporary position presents the exciting opportunity to transition to a permanent role. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and assisting students during the absence of their regular teachers, ensuring continuity in lessons, managing classroom behavior, and applying your expertise in physical education.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and actively engage students during teacher absences, specializing in PE.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and materials, with a focus on physical education.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
Assist students with questions and concerns, especially in PE-related activities.
Report any issues or incidents to school staff as necessary.Qualifications:

A degree or relevant educational experience, with a PE Specialism.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting, particularly in PE.
