Looking for a one or two bedroom cottage or bungalow in Angus area. Preferably Arbroath if possible but would consider other areas.
Urgently need house move as I'm a council tenant at moment and need to move due to antisocial neighbours and their out of control dogs.
Must accept friendly dog, (who doesn't spend all day barking)and be willing to take housing benefit. Can afford a deposit and provide previous private landlord reference if needed.
