My current landlord is selling the house, and we are now looking for a place to live. We need at least a 2 bedroom house, with a garden, that will allow small dogs.

The tenants would be myself (works full time), my partner (works part-time and is also a student) and a friend (full-time student, looking for part-time work). We also have small dogs who are well behaved and we will take full responsibility for any damage that may be caused by them.

We can provide full references and a guarantor.

Our budget is a maximum of £800pcm, but we are willing to live somewhere that has bills included for a maximum of £1500pcm.

We are looking for the pontypridd/Treforest area.
