Hi, I'm looking to rent a property, it's just for 1 adult Male, The rent will be paid by the DSS, though any short fall I can afford to pay myself . I have a Guarantor and reference if need be, first month's rent and deposit, none of that is an issue. If the property is furnished that's fine, if not it's not a problem. I'm just looking for somewhere, I feel comfortable for my elderly mother to visit, so a half decent neighborhood. Double glazing, Central Heating, as long as the property is warm and secure, with ventilation and no damp or Anything, I'm a happy chap. Can move in from 1/04/2024.
