1) Offer Eligibility: This "One Week Rent Free Apartment Rentals Offer" is valid for new tenants only. To be eligible for this offer, you must sign a minimum 6-month tenancy agreement for one of our apartments.
2) Offer Period: This offer is a limited-time promotion and is only applicable to tenants who move in before the 31st January.
3) Ineligibility: This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. It is not transferable to other tenants, and only one tenant per apartment can benefit from this offer.
4) Offer Mechanics: The one week of free rent will be applied by deducting the equivalent amount from the first month of your tenancy agreement. This means that, if you qualify for the offer and stay for the entire 6-month tenancy period, you will receive one week of rent-free living in your last month.
5) Qualifying Tenancies: Only tenancies with a minimum duration of 6 months are eligible for this offer. Shorter tenancies, sublets, or any tenancy extensions that fall below the 6-month threshold will not qualify for the one week free rent.
6) Apartment Availability: Availability for this offer is subject to apartment availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of apartments available for this promotion, and it is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
7) Application Process: To apply for this offer, please mention your interest in the "One Week Free on 6-Month Apartment Rentals Offer" when you contact our leasing office. The offer will be incorporated into your tenancy agreement upon approval.
8) Term Renewal: Should you choose to renew your tenancy agreement after the initial 6 months, the offer does not carry over to the renewed term. The one-week free rent is a one-time incentive for new tenants.
9) Termination or Cancellation: If you terminate your tenancy agreement early, the one-week free rent offer will be void, and you will not receive any compensation for the free week.
10) Liability: We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience incurred if the promotion's conditions are not met, including apartment availability, moving-in date, or eligibility requirements.
11) Amendment or Termination: We reserve the right to amend or terminate this offer at any time, without prior notice. Any tenancies initiated before the amendment or termination date will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of application.
