Commercial Manager (Building)

Up to £95,000 + Car/ Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + Holidays Etc.

Office/ Project: Manchester

My client, who are one of the UK's leading Main Contractors are looking to strengthen their Commercial department with the addition of a Commercial Manager for the North West team. My client, are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager who will work on a Major Project in Manchester. As Commercial Manager, you will be working as No2 under a Senior Commercial Manager.

Responsible, for a large area of works valueing over £100m + as well as, the oversight of some of the younger QS's to aid with their development and growth.

Ideal Experience:

* Tier One Main Contracting Experience

* Large Project involvement £50m + as Commercial Lead or, No2 on £100m + schemes

* Manchester Based / Commutable Distance

* JCT D&B Contract Experience

* Has managed teams of Quantity Surveyors
