Hi I'm wanting a 1 bed flat /bedsit heckmondwike area .I'm working full time and do have 1 pet (a budgie).im very clean and tidy and rent WILL be paid on time .only requirements I really have is it must allow the little bird and have central heating as the place I'm currently living in is freezing hence the reason for wanting to move .apart from that anything is considered as I cannot stand been cold all the time my maximum rent would be 350 a month so please let me know if you have anything suitable .many thanks
