Estate Agent Corporate Business Development Manager
* The successful candidate will need to be flexible to travel extensively throughout the UK.
* Although you will often we working remotely on the road throughout the UK, you still need to be able to visit Wokingham, Berkshire on a regular basis. So ideally you will be based within an hour to 90 minutes from this location.

Corporate Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:
* Initiating, seeking, developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with new B2B and existing clients.
* To seek out and identify new opportunities for the sale of residential property portfolios, including individual PT sale lots or large-scale investment portfolios.
* Assisting in highlighting suitable clients/properties and identifying opportunities to develop leads.
* Update and maintain the CRM investor lists, working with the group to enhance and growth these investor lists, to support the sale of instructed Portfolio/Properties.
* Attending and presenting to network sales teams, including delivering training and coaching sessions with agents to maximise the level of B2B leads.
* Confidently conduct valuations and viewings within the Portfolio Sale environment, determining a pricing and marketing strategy, fee agreement and support the engagement of legal teams.
* To help and support the creation of suitable and compliant marketing material for the sale of property portfolios.
* Facilitate the data flow into the company data rooms for clients to review and provide offer of purchase.
* Regularly collate and present detailed Management Information to key stakeholders
* Creating and distributing case studies to demonstrate success.
* Maintain and provide reporting on monthly and YTD target performance.
* Create and provide a monthly business development report, successes, pipeline and new opportunities and strategies.
* The successful candidate will need to be flexible to travel extensively throughout the UK.
* Help support, compile and present the client monthly and quarterly dashboards.
Corporate Business Development Manager - What are we looking for:
Essential experience:
* Must be working within a Residential Sales role and possess a strong background in this area.
* Possess a comprehensive understanding of the current Property legislative acts relevant to this sector of the residential property market.
* Worked and advised on investment grade property portfolios, multiple tenure residential property is preferred.
* Have the ability and enthusiasm to facilitate learning and deliver training and coaching sessions surrounding the technical aspects of the role.
* Attendance of management meetings as required / Production of specific reports and management information as required.
Desirable experience:
* Exposure to working on a Regional and National property portfolio for sales disposal across the UK would be advantageous.
Corporate Business Development Manager - Qualifications:
* Experience in the Estate Agency/ Investment agency industry is essential minimum of 3-5 years experience at manager level.
* MRICS, Surveying or similar Property Qualification preferred.
* Leadership and managing through people skills / Skilled in negotiation / Excellent communication skills / Strong time-management skills / Detail oriented and highly organized / Excellent critical thinking skills / Great at building rapport and selling the service / Able to work under pressure, set and deliver on deadlines.
Corporate Business Development Manager The Package:
* £32,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience (negotiable). £53,000+ On Target Earnings (negotiable).
* Salary sacrifice pension scheme.
* Generous holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per year.

Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday
