We are currently seeking a Customer Success Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Marden. As a Customer Success Executive, youll play a pivotal role in helping the business achieve its next level of growth. Youll help to build upon reputation within customer accounts, by supporting the Account Manager with the day-to-day account management tasks as well as identifying opportunities where we can add even more value for our customers.
Key duties and responsibilities...
* Responding and resolving customer account queries. E.g. quotes, orders, pricing and deliveries.
* Collating cookie cutter material for proposals, customer meetings and events. E.g. datasheets, product guides and delivery and collection of event/exhibition material.
* Generating accurate customer quotes.
* Processing customer orders.
* Inputting accurate customer data on NetSuite.
* Answering questions about the range of products and identifying opportunities to upsell other products.
* Collecting feedback from customers about products and service.
* Identifying any lapsed customers and making the Account Manager aware.
Requirements:
* A confident, articulate, and positive individual who has the customers interest at heart.
* Proactive with the ability to resolve customer queries quickly and correctly.
* Drive to continuously learn and improve.
* Familiar with Microsoft office applications and willingness to learn new systems such as NetSuite.
* Not be afraid to take onboard and proactively action feedback.
Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
