We're currently working with an innovative energy supplier, that are shaking up the industry, they provide solely clean energy to households in the UK at an affordable price!
They are looking for a Billing and Settlement Lead to play a critical role in ensuring a smooth operation of billing and industry settlement performance within the energy supply industry.
Skills:
* Prior experience in Billing & Settlement functions
* Proficiency in handling HH and NHH settlements.
* People management experience
* Strong understanding of industry flows, including electricity and gas supply.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations related to bill generation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Handle HH and NHH settlements efficiently, resolving expectations.
* Collaborate with relevant parties to prevent recurrence.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of industry flows.
Location: Bedford Hybrid - 2 days a week in office
Salary: £45,000 plus benefits
