M&E Project Manager Prime Residential

My client are a design and build specialist based in West London, who produce prime and super prime residential dwellings in London, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.

Their projects predominately consist of prime residential refurbishments of existing properties, often incorporating complex structural alterations on restricted sites.

Their projects span Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds and some overseas locations e.g. Dubai and The Caribbean.

My client have built an outstanding reputation in this prestigious sector, and have a proven ability to deliver projects from conception to completion to the highest of standard.

They are currently seeking a Project Manager on a 9 month contract for a prestigious refurbishment project incorporating the fit out of a large country home on a 200 acre estate and the refurbishment of 5 cottages within the grounds.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record and previous experience working on various high end residential projects, as well as M&E experience.
