The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the continuity of learning when our teachers are unavailable. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and engaging students in their learning
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere
Supporting the educational progress of our students
The organisation of cover work for absent teachers. This will include receiving sick calls from teachers and communicating with outside agencies to arrange supply teachers Requirements:

A passion for education and a desire to inspire students
Basic IT, numeracy, language and literacy skills
Flexibility to adapt to various subjects and age groups
Strong communication and organisational skills
