Ground floor apartment with its own entrance it has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower over tub, a spacious kitchen and a lounge.
The front door leads into the lounge where you will find a work from home area with a comfortable office chair and sockets under the desk. There are 2 sofas (one converts to a single sofa bed for occasional visitors) and a smart TV.
This leads to the spacious kitchen, which includes fridge freezer, hob, oven and washing machine. All the cutlery, plates, pots and pans are included.
The single bedroom - this has a door to the outside where you can access a small patio garden. It includes a wardrobe with drawers underneath, and a mirror and shelf for personal belongings. There is a bedside lamp with includes a USB port.
The double bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe and separate chest of drawers with a mirror above.
The bathroom has a tub with shower above.
The property is heated by night storage heaters, there is no gas at the property.
Agreement
I pay all the bills i.e council tax, electric, water, TV licence and wifi.
We ask for a £500 damage deposit, we are not offering a cleaning service so the cleaning and linen change would be down to you, however we will leave 2 sets of linen and plenty of towels.
This is a two bedroom flat so suitable for a single person or couple , or 2 single people.
We will ask that you pay the damage deposit (500).
The idea is that we rent for a min of 3 months and a max of 5 months
Available from the 2nd Jan or possibly earlier if we don't have any Airbnb bookings
