For sale here is my 2005 Honda Civic Type-R EP3 Premier Edition in Cosmic Grey with 156253 miles.
This is a sale I wish I didn’t have to make as I absolutely love the car and have just spent quite a lot on it but I cannot justify the running costs using it as a daily driver so I need to switch to something better suited for daily driving, Mileage will slowly increase as I am still using it for work.

Good parts;
This car is completely standard bar an aftermarket radio (original supplied with sale), a rear wiper delete (I bought it like this but never got around to reinstalling one) and a tegiwa 100 cell sports cat (I bought it with a de-cat but it was throwing codes).
The car comes with a FHSH from new, the only exception is the work I have had carried out using my own garage, Piles of receipts (which includes a clutch at 97k), Full MOT history, 2 keys & fobs, Spare tyre and original tool kit.

Since owning it I have had the following work done;
Michelin Cross Climate 2’s on the front
Pre & Post 02 sensors
Front Brembo discs and pads
NSF wheel bearing
NGK Iridium spark plugs
Genuine Cam Chain & Tensioner kit (receipt of parts and work done 2000 miles ago)

Bad Parts;
It has had welding work done in the past (unsurprisingly) but I do have the receipts to backup the work done.
There is a small amount of rust on rear arches but nowhere near as bad as most others.
There are dings, chips and the odd bubbling paintwork (pictured) which is to be expected for the age and mileage.
The car was undersealed at one point but a lot of this is flaking off so will need done again eventually.
I scraped the OSR wheel just a few weeks ago (pictured), the rest are perfect as all 4 were freshly powder coated before I bought it.

The photos really don’t do it justice, the bodywork is in fantastic condition with little to no rust considering its age and mileage, most importantly the sills and arches are almost perfect.
I have tried to be as honest as I can as you really can’t hide damage on these, especially bodywork & rust.

There is a HID kit currently installed, this will be removed for the sale.
