Position: Apprentice Resource Coordinator Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual (apprentice, school leaver or graduate), who would like to start a career in a multinational organization as an Apprentice Resource Coordinator . While working in this role, you can benefit from a wealth of experience and valuable training and support from the wider team. The department is mainly based in our office in Harrogate. There are 3 Sales and Resources executives and a manager who works out of this office. You will have a dedicated buddy and mentor, who will support your induction and training in your initial months at Arrow. What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? Allocating consultancy resources and liaising between consultants, Arrow Authorised Partners (3rd party suppliers), Account Managers and customers. Ensuring that all documentation is present and complete as part of the engagement. Proactively follow up with partners to progress an opportunity. Maintain full and accurate notes for all open opportunities. Record all communications and plan the next actions in the PS systems. Keep up to date the contact details for internal contacts, resellers, supplier partners, consultants and end-users. Ensuring that all documentation is present and complete as part of the engagement, including customer quote for services aligned to the project, Scope of Work (the project contract) and processing of the customer Purchase Order. Set up and be active in virtual meetings, taking detailed and relevant notes and actions. Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Professional Services Manager. What Are We Looking For? Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. Computer literacy. The Skills That Will Help You to Succeed Even More: Experience working in a busy office environment, or other customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, or leisure but must be customer-facing). Proven organizational skills with the ability to utilize appropriate systems to facilitate this full training will be given on our in-house PS Software system. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages Excel, Microsoft Outlook . What is in it For You? This is a

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30 with 1h for lunch.
