What will you be doing?


You will lead and contribute to a complex and cross-functional effort of redefining how CDK serves the global automotive industry. Solving this problem requires building influential relationships across the business, proposing bold ideas that provide scalable solutions and transitioning internal and external customers from existing processes and tools to services and applications that still need to be built.




A bit about you


Skilled in formulating a product vision and strategy and communicating it effectively to anyone in the organisation - from the teams designing and building the products, through to senior leadership.
Understand that vision and strategy are important, but able to dive in and connect that strategy to the small details.
Be willing to work hands-on within an empowered product engineering team, writing user stories and prioritising the backlog.
Have strong communication skills and ability to navigate a matrix organisation across multiple offices/time zones where priorities can be in competition.
Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment where product and engineering are working together to solve big problems.
Experience and/or a desire to work across platform products and solutions.
A champion of Agile and iterative software development.




Skills


Previous experience working in Agile software development
Driven, but with a collaborative approach. You dont win unless our team wins
Ability to define and measure OKRs (individually and/or for a team)
Build influential partnerships with key stakeholders internally.
Some technical experience with Cloud technology preferably AWS is an advantage
