Position: Data and Monitoring Officer
Hours: Part time 29.5 hrs per week
Contract: Temporary to fixed term contract (12 months)
Salary: £12.65 p/h

We are working closely with a womens charity based in Nottinghamshire to recruit for a Data and Monitoring Officer.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Head of Quality, Compliance and Performance to ensure we have robust reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems and processes in place for services.
* Supporting the maintenance of high-quality data and contribute to the review of collection systems
* Supporting service Managers, focus on Helpline and Pet fostering, to ensure compliance with the monitoring and evaluation expectations for their services
* Collating and analysing outcomes and impact data
* Ensuring performance data is collated and accurately reported raising inconsistencies with the Head of Quality, Compliance and Performance
* Preparing data reports in easily understandable visual formats for internal and external reporting
Essential Requirements:
* Experience of working with monitoring information management systems.
* Experience of collating timely information for reports.
* Experience of working with and analysing numerical data.
* Experience of preparing reports and presentations in easily understandable visual formats
* Proficient in the use of Excel and associated Office 365 suite of products is essential.
Role is subject to enhanced DBS check.
