M4 Recruitment are working with a leading, well established and successful electronics manufacturing facility in Basingstoke who are seeking an Account Manager.
The role is required due to ongoing expansion and growth of the business. It is a good opportunity for anyone looking to be part of the UK technology industry. This role would suit anyone with a background in electronics production, sales or purchasing who are looking to grow their experience and develop their skills.
The job will entail the day-to-day management of customer enquiries, customer requirements and customer relationships. Generally, working with a core set of allocated accounts although management of other accounts may be required to cover any leave or illness. New customer accounts will be added along the way as the business continues to expand.
Responsibilities will include raising of quotes, maintenance of customer information and orders through a bespoke company database, and coordination with all other parts of the business to ensure key service levels and internal/external customer expectations are met.
Company benefits include: Pension, medical, 20 days holiday offered at the start of service (holiday year Jan-Dec) with an extra day for every year served up to a maximum of 25 days, overtime at managers discretion at time and a half.
