2nd/3rd Line Senior helpdesk Engineer
Hitchin (Herts) Office, Hybrid or home-based.
A successful leading IT company specialising in Network design implementation and support including:
Network infrastructure (wired and wireless);
Datacenter infrastructure; and Security devices, firewalls, etc.
Previous experience in IT and ideally a senior role
Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation and job notes
Good knowledge of Routers, Firewalls, UTM, Switches, Voice, VPN devices and wireless plus any other networking technologies
Strong understanding of backups and restoration methods
A natural interest in IT with a desire to stay abreast of new technologies.
Ideally have Fortinet, Aruba, SonicWall experience although not essential.
