We at Work Lyf Group currently have a vacancy for a Sales Executive. This will be a full-time, permanent role. The purpose of the role will be to support the allocated sales representative in identifying and converting new business accounts on a national level.
Duties will include:
* Telesales
* Cold calling
* Developing business relationships with existing and new customer base
* Contacting customers that may have potential business
* Meeting the set targets
* Identifying sales leads
* Recording and reporting the outcome of sales calls
* Inputting all quotation details onto a daily spreadsheet and updating of same
Skills and experience required:
* Internal sales/ telesales experience
* Freight forwarding knowledge be desirable
* Understanding of freight rates / quotations would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to listen to customers to ensure that their needs and requirements are understood
* Administration skills
* Pro-active telephone skills
* Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy
* Computer literate
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 35 hour per week between 9 a.m. 5p.m. wwek one then 12p.m. to 8p.m. week two (this includes a one hour meal break which is unpaid)
Salary and Benefits details:
* Salary basic £22500 rising to £25000 after 3 month probation.
* 30 days annual holiday, including Bank Holidays
