we are 2 people currently living here and looking for a 3rd flat mate! A bit about me and your other flatmate, We are Both Full-Time workers! I am a music producer (I mainly use my headphones to make music), and your other-flatmate, who is my brother. he works In Westfield Mall. and we like going out sometimes. we wake up in the morning and I go to the gym and brother goes to work.
- the other flat mate (my brother) lives in the living room! small room made for him on the side of a large living area space!

- Large bathroom (is private your own to use)

- the flat has EVERYTHING (central heating - which we don’t use much, you have your personal heater 700W, large storage, Washing machine, tumble dryer, Dishwasher, microwave, oven)

- the bills come to about £100-150 extra a month!

- Flat is a 5-minute walk to Acton Town stations which has Piccadilly and district lines (1 stop to Hammersmith and 3 stops to Earl’s Court which takes about 5-7 mins and 18 mins to Piccadilly Circus) other side you are 5 mins to Ealing Broadway and 25-30 mins to Heathrow Airport.

- Gunnersbury Park is a few minutes walk, (a huge park. great for walks/runs and sports! and a lot of festivals and other things happen in the summertime)

- Acton High Street is a 12-minute Walk and Chiswick High Street is a 13-minute walk. (You can find any and every shop)

- the flat is for a professional, who is clean and organized and is On full-time work obviously or is self-employed. will need to see your 3 months' income statements and any references from the previous landlord if you have!
