Willing to let the room in exchange for some help around the house with some general chores including some cleaning, maybe cooking and some driving. Must love dogs. I would possibly allow 1 very well behaved dog. Use of car also available so long as full clean driving licence. Or for rental at £450 pcm. Agreement on month by month basis
