Contek are working with a Client in Burton who specialise in the manufacture and machining of precision parts for the Aerospace sectors.
Through continued growth they are looking for an experienced Universal Grinder to join the team.
My client has decades of experience and is committed to providing strict and stringent quality inspections throughout every aspect of their procurement and manufacturing processes.
All of the work they carry out is controlled and maintained to ISO standards, allowing for continual improvement for their clients requirements, supplying to businesses both in the UK and globally.
Working hours are:
Monday - Friday: 8:00-4:30pm
This role will include:
* Cylindrical and Grinding which includes internal and external grinding
* Operating universal CNC/manual grinding machines
* Grinding complex parts to tight tolerances
* Reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings
* Ideally experienced with Jones and Shipman Ultramat/Suprema Easygrind machinery. (Would consider a manual machinist or CNC Grind operator)
