Our client based in Bingley is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
* Responsibility for incoming and general outgoing post
* To enter sales orders received from UK and overseas customers.
* To process daily shipments through our ERP system and ship / invoice goods
* General administration duties i.e. word, excel, photocopying faxing, laminating
* Log and pick up customer complaints through MyCase and ensuring complaints are acknowledged / completed within a timely manner.
* To liaise with manufacturing teams to progress orders on customers behalf.
* Prepare export documentation / certification relevant to shipments.
* Encourage good customer relationships throughout company internally and externally.
* Responsible for answering reception and greeting all visitors to site.
* Arrange meeting rooms and lunches for visitors including ensuring the visitor coffee machine is well stocked with supplies.
* Raise purchase order requisitions for stationary supplies.
* To become multifunctional within the Customer Service team to provide cover / or assistance where necessary.
* Any other duties within the Customer Service team.
Key requirements:
* Good keyboard / typing skills.
* Good standard of education, Maths & English GCSE.
* Customer Service Experience
* Understanding of logistics.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.00pm, 1 hour lunch break.
Starting salary: £22,000
