We are looking for a CCTV operative to join a well established organisation on a permanent basis, in the Hinckley area. This is to help support the continued safety of our tenants and the security of their homes.

4 on/ 4 off - 12 hour shift

As a CCTV Operative, your main responsibilities will be:

Operating and monitoring CCTV, access control and other security systems in an effective manner.
Responding and reacting to any incidents or security issues that may arise.
Recording all events and actions monitored, produce written reports on incidents and ensure follow on action is undertaken.
Liaising with internal departments to proactively address anti social behaviour, crime and environmental issues.
Working alongside emergency services and other security providers to maintain safety and security of our schemes and customers.
To be a successful CCTV Operative, you will:

Be registered as a front line CCTV SIA licence holder
Have public space surveillance
Be able to work in a team
