My client is seeking a Senior Site Manager to work on a laboratory fit-out project in Oxfordshire.

The successful Senior Site Manager will be responsible for overall management over multiple floors. The scheme includes several laboratories as well as some commercial office space. You will be required to walk the floors and ensure that the project is progressing on time and to budget, as well as the back office function of writing and reviewing RAMS. You will have experience managing laboratory fit-out schemes previously for a Main Contractor.

To be considered for this Senior Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.

This Senior Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis with negotiable CIS day rate.
