Job Title: Technical Support Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa
Location: Near Hatfield
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:30pm

Our established and leading client are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Administrator to join their Aftersales department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and passionate company and provide an excellent service to customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Highly organised and good attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Willingness to learn
-Excellent customer service skills
-Upbeat and professional telephone manner.
-Knowledge of plumbing or heating with be a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·First point of contact for any clients, dealing with a high volume of incoming queries.
·Respond to tickets and emails within the given time frame.
·Aiming to resolve queries over the phone.
·Escalated complex queries and scheduling appointments with engineers where necessary.
·Provide quotes to customers and agree costs.
·Providing an exceptional service to clients.
·Resolving complaints.
·Ensure CRM system and spreadsheets are kept up to date.
·Create purchase and sales orders.
·Process invoices.
·Provide additional support to other departments where necessary
