The client I am working with has an immediate requirement for a Number 1 site manager to run a commercial fit out project in Bristol, The client wants a fully pledged Site Manager who has a great eye for detail, previous experience within commercial / office fit out, and can manage the job as a number one on site.

Duties:
New flooring to be installed.
Fit out of new office areas
Painting & Decorating throughout the building
New Partition Walls to be erected
Full M&E re - fit, Including New Ventilation and A/C throughout

Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

The Manager can be / have:
Track record of working on Commercial fit out jobs
Can hit the ground running
Good eye for detail
Strong Manager - Able to push the trades.
Great quality assurance skills
Health and Safety focused
