Having gone through rapid growth this key senior management role will lead the development of the IT strategy, budget and road-map to ensure the right investment and development of systems to match the continued growth of the organisation.

We are looking for a hands on IT leader happy in the detail but also operating at senior management level.

Duties will include:

Ownership of the IT function working as part of the senior management team
Development of a new IT strategy, road map and budget
Management, leadership and development of the IT team
Management of 3rd party suppliers and outsourcing for IT services
Full responsibility for all areas of IT - Support, projects, infrastructure, data and security etc...
Management of a large multi-site team
Development of operational plans, control and governance for IT areas
Management of risk and strict controls for cyber and IT security What we are looking for:

Proven track record in IT with a growing business
Ownership and management of the entire IT function in a complex environment
Management of a team across all functions in IT
Ability to present business cases and work with the board on developing a future proof IT strategy
Ideally experience supporting a software/technology related business
Experience across a board range of infrastructure and IT systems - Security experience essential
Hands on approach with a willingness to get stuck in at ground level as well as working with the senior management team and boardThe company are offering a super salary and benefits package.
