We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Maternity Leave) to join our well established team based in Kings Lynn, with the potential of being offered a permanent contract. The Role
Attracting, interviewing, assessing and inducting potential candidates
Ensuring the clients staffing requirements are always met
Managing a temporary workforce
Responsible for weekly payroll, costs and KPI reports
Responsible for PPE distribution and management
Daily liaison with client management and candidates pool
Daily site attendance checks
Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated & able to work on own initiative
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management with a flexible approach to work
Ability to liaise with management of all levels
Reliability and a committed approach to work
Customer service driven
Experience & Requirements
Experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage, although training will be provided
Knowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantage
Good IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
Full driving license is essential
Salary Negotiable, depending on experience
