An independent Property Consultancy Practice is actively seeking a knowledgeable and confident Senior Construction Project Manager to become a valuable part of their team in Manchester.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager will take on a multifaceted role, focusing on overseeing high-end development projects in the Commercial Offices, Retail, and Industrial sectors. These projects will vary in value, often reaching up to £40 million dependant on complexity.

The Senior Construction Project Manager's extensive responsibilities will include defining maintenance contract specifications, handling procurement, conducting rigorous audits and monitoring, and overseeing planned maintenance reviews. They will be dedicated to maintaining the utmost quality and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle, from its initiation to successful conclusion. Additionally, they will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management (or equivalent)
Have worked within a Consultancy based role ideally 3 years post qualifying
Hold a chartership of RICS or intention of achieving
Full driving license
Confident client communication skills, both written and verbalIn Return?
