A forward thinking, Cost Management practice with a UK wide reach are seeking a client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Buckinghamshire office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall have a dual role of delivering a programme of work across the commercial, retail, and residential sectors.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will also become a key client contact and be involved in generating new work.

After a sensible period of time, and given that the Associate Quantity Surveyor has delivered the above. There is a clear route to becoming a Director of the practice.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS is highly preferable
Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
Strong technical knowledge (pre and post contract)
Able to commute to Buckinghamshire when required
Client facing
Comfortable running projects and managing clientsIn Return?

£75,000 - £85,000
Route to Director
