ROLE: Conservatory Technical Support Engineer (South)
HOURS: 37. 5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
SALARY: £40,000 to £50,000 pa plus company vehicle and excellent company benefits
BASE: Field based - Southwest/Gloucester area

WHAT OUR CONSERVATORY TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER'S DO:

- Provide help and advice to customers using roofing and outdoor living products

- Provide training and advice to the internal roof department and external customers

- Support in all required aspects of new customer set ups

- Investigate any reported issues relating to Eurocell s product range

- Assist with new product introductions and continuous product development

- Maintain a high knowledge of relevant Eurocell products and services and learn about all new relevant products

- Support in approval of technical roof designs to ensure that structural and product guidelines are adhered to

- Creating or maintaining technical documents such as installation guides

- Arrange site visits for the roof technical team

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CONSERVATORY TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER:

- Experience within visualizing how components go together and drawing out bespoke situations

- Btech or NVQ level 3 in engineering

- It would be beneficial if you have experience within 2D Auto Cad for survey creation, but not essential
